1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using mycashai.app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
My Cash AI provides AI-generated side-hustle ideas, content scripts, daily tasks, niche research and coaching for educational purposes. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secret, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 should have parent or guardian permission.
4. Payment
My Cash AI is sold as a one-time payment of A$7.99 for lifetime access to the current feature set. Payments are processed by Stripe. There are no recurring charges. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. All amounts are in AUD unless stated.
5. Refunds
Because the service grants instant digital access, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not work for you, email support@mycashai.app within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use My Cash AI to: break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate harmful or deceptive content, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Not financial advice
Content produced by My Cash AI — including ideas about trading, investing, crypto, dropshipping or other money-making activities — is for general education only. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Past results do not guarantee future returns. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
8. AI output
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify facts and follow the rules of any platform you post on (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, etc.).
9. Intellectual property
We own the My Cash AI brand, code and design. You own the content you create with the tool. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different right.
