1. Who we are

My Cash AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website mycashai.app. We provide an AI-powered side-hustle coaching tool. Contact us any time at support@mycashai.app.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and password hash you provide when you sign up.
  • Profile inputs: age, budget, time available, gender, niches and goals you enter into the AI.
  • Generated content: AI plans, tasks, income entries and chat messages you save in the app.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive a payment confirmation and a customer ID.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics so we can keep the service running and prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

  • To generate personalised AI side-hustle plans, tasks, scripts and coaching.
  • To create and secure your account and process your monthly subscription.
  • To send account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, magic links).
  • To improve the product, fix bugs and prevent abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We only share what is strictly necessary with these processors:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
  • Google Gemini (via Lovable AI Gateway) — generates AI responses to your prompts.
  • Email delivery provider — sends transactional emails from notify.mycashai.app.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we protect it

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, stored in encrypted databases, and protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own records. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth. Payment data is tokenised by Stripe and never touches our servers.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@mycashai.app; we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain payment records for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time. Contact support@mycashai.app.

8. Children

My Cash AI is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
