Step 2

Connect your assistant

Pick the assistant you use and follow its steps.

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's connector settings and turn on Developer mode (ChatGPT shows a risk notice — that's normal for any custom connector). If you can't see the option, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2In the same settings page, click Create (or “New plugin”) to open the new connector dialog.
  3. 3Type My Cash AI as the name and paste the server URL from Step 1 as the URL.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue”, then click Create.
  5. 5Pick My Cash AI from the chat composer's connector menu, then ask ChatGPT something like “recommend side hustles for me”.

Step 3

After My Cash AI adds new features

Your assistant caches the tool list, so refresh the connection when the app changes.

Open ChatGPT's Plugins page, select My Cash AI, scroll to Information and click Refresh. Start a new chat afterwards. If the server URL ever changes, delete the app and repeat Step 2 with the latest URL.

Tip: you can also switch between the tabs above at any time — the refresh steps update to match.

When your assistant connects, it signs in with your My Cash AI account and you approve access first — it only ever acts as you, and app permissions still decide what it can reach.
